03 — Method
- Pour 20 ml (4 tsp) grenadine into the bottom of each of the four tall glasses.
- Gently add two ice cubes to each glass without stirring, so the grenadine stays at the bottom.
- Gently add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass with the ice cream scoop.
- Slowly pour the lemon soda down the side of each glass; the ice cream will foam and red streaks will rise.
- Let the foam form and the grenadine swirl up, without stirring.
- Put a straw in each glass and serve right away while it's still foaming.
