03 — Method
- Squeeze the lime into the large pitcher, then add the mint syrup for the green color.
- Slowly pour in the cold soda down the side to keep the bubbles, then stir gently with the long spoon.
- Taste and balance the lime and syrup, adding a little syrup if too tart for children.
- Divide the ice among the six glasses and drop a gummy candy into each.
- Pour the potion into the glasses just before serving so it stays fizzy.
- Garnish with a lime slice if you like and serve right away.
