03 — Method
- Peel the bananas, cut into thick chunks and thread onto the skewers, alternating with marshmallows.
- Lay on the parchment-lined sheet and chill a few minutes while you melt the white chocolate.
- Melt the white chocolate over a water bath in the saucepan until smooth and put it in the paper cone.
- Drizzle thin lines of white chocolate over each skewer, crisscrossing irregularly like bandages.
- Immediately stick two dark chocolate chips on each piece between the lines for eyes.
- Chill about 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens, then serve cold.
