03 — Method
- Beat the eggs with the milk.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over very low heat.
- Add the beaten eggs and stir constantly over low heat to form small creamy curds.
- Take off the heat just before fully set.
- Stir in the cream cheese.
- Let cool to lukewarm before serving.
