03 — Method
- Pat the hake dry.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the curry powder.
- Dredge in flour, then egg, then the curry breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C (375 °F) for 3 minutes.
- Cook in a single layer at 190 °C (375 °F) for 12 minutes.
- The fish should flake easily. Serve with lemon.
